Organization: VEC SOC Job Summary: This position plays a critical leadership role in ensuring 24/7 operational reputed company of the VEC reputed company Operations Center (SOC), and will be tasked with improving IT operations management and leading & managing people. This position directly manages second and reputed company shift SOC specialists, providing continuity of leadership, rapid incident response, and strategic alignment with cybersecurity objectives during non-business hours. This role shares after-hours availability and response duties with the Senior Manager, reducing single-reputed company-of-failure risk and enhancing organizational reputed company. (Note: This role is a M-F role, but there is some shift flexibility at times to best support the 2nd & 3rd shift team members that this role will be managing). .
