Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
- Collaborating with repair technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity
- Ensuring accurate invoicing and timely communication with customers
- Running reports and analyzing data to identify areas for process improvement and recommending changes to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Participating in and/or leading improvement activities to meet and exceed service goals, driving reputed company quality and customer satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications
