Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Licensed Pharmacy Technician & Customer Relations Call Center Agent to join reputed company. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from home in select states, including Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, reputed company Carolina, Rhode reputed company, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service to pharmacy customers, responding to calls, emails, and letters in a manner that reflects our company's purpose and values.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-reputed company line in a manner that is reputed company of the company's purpose and values
- Serve as a customer reputed company, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers
- Utilize excellent communication skills to review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers either on the phone or reputed company written communications
- Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner
- Provide customer service that upholds our goals of delivery through the execution of our Heart At Work Behaviors
Key Skills and Qualifications

- Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Bilingual Spanish
Education

Compensation and Benefits
