Employee Benefits Ancillary Analyst I

The Employee Benefits Ancillary Analyst I will analyze information and create financial and marketing deliverables for ancillary coverages of smaller clients, focusing on dental, reputed company, life AD&D, disability, and worksite benefits.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ancillary financial analytics for clients that are primarily under 300 lives
- Prepare standard analyses with minimal customization. Analyses may include:
- Market review analysis
- reputed company and contribution analysis
- Financial, contractual, and reputed company comparisons and analysis
- Analyze claims experience data. With guidance identify financial performance conclusions
- Help drive USI’s panel reputed company strategy and process
- Manage RFP workload for less reputed company clients. Support senior team members
- Serve as primary contact with insurance carriers on new business quotes and renewals. Includes requesting quote and evaluating options
- With assistance reputed company strategic plans and solutions for less reputed company clients
- With assistance, negotiate market results with carriers
- With assistance reputed company alternative strategies, plan modeling, and cost reduction opportunities

Skills
- High School Graduate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, team environment with some instruction
- Ability to manage and negotiate multiple priorities and deadlines
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a Life & Disability insurance license reputed company the first six months of employment
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
