Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary customer reputed company for inquiries, handling incoming phone calls and providing expert guidance to navigate the challenging world of insurance. You'll be responsible for researching customer information, resolving customer issues, and elevating sensitive requests reputed company necessary. You'll also be accountable for staying reputed company on knowledge of diverse products and proactively recommending items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Interfaces with customers reputed company telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail
- Researches customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures, and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues

Requirements
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Three years of experience in a complaint-type customer service office setting (health insurance or reputed company field preferred)
- Availability for training 9-12 weeks in length
- Reliable internet service provider and dedicated, distraction-free workplace

* Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation
- Experience working in a dynamic environment with changing policies and procedures

- 9-12 weeks of live virtual training: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Central Time Zone), Monday to Friday
