Job Summary:

As a Remote Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering information with a high degree of speed and accuracy, inputting large amounts of data into the customer information system and other Public Works software. You will work closely with the Customer Service Division to establish and maintain utility accounts, verify account eligibility and accessibility, and prepare files for mass customer communications. Your attention to detail, independent thinking, and personal initiative will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our customer information system.

Key Responsibilities:

* Establishes and maintains utility accounts with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency

• Verifies account eligibility and accessibility, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
• Prepares, distributes, and completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepares files for mass customer communications, including billing statements and other notices generated in-house
• Assists with mailing billing statements and other notices, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Scans or retains documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Enters data into Key Performance Indicator tracking databases, providing valuable insights for business growth and development
• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or acceptable equivalency diploma (GED)

• Two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist
• Strong computer skills, typing, and accuracy, with the ability to pass computer skills testing
• 10-key skills testing for consideration
• Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Strong independent thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associates degree in business administration, data entry, or reputed company fields

• Two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist
• Specialized knowledge of customer information systems and Public Works software
• Experience with data entry software and systems, including Key Performance Indicator tracking databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
