Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Schedule and Compensation

Qualifications

  • English proficiency B2-reputed company, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking.
  • A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a tech or cybersecurity environment, where you've developed a deep understanding of technical concepts and customer needs.
