Job Summary

Responsibilities

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service
• Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
• Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting, with proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
