Job Summary:

We're seeking an reputed company Live Chat Support Agent to join reputed company in Denver, CO. As a remote worker, you'll be part of a dynamic team that provides critical assistance to our clients through chat tools, following arenaflex's standard operating procedures. Location:

This is a remote position, and you must be a reputed company of Colorado state. reputed company remote work must be performed in Colorado, and we will not consider out-of-state candidates who are looking to relocate to Colorado for this position.

Work Schedule:

* Training: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM, for 3 weeks

  • Permanent schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM

Job Description:

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll play a critical role in providing Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing critical assistance to clients through chat tools, following arenaflex's standard operating procedures
  • Troubleshooting, reproduction, reporting, and problem resolution in both iOS and Android operating systems
  • Installing client software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and methods
  • Employing Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into the required tracking system
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer experiences

Minimum Qualifications:

* One year of professional experience in an occupational field reputed company to the work assigned to the position, including mobile application support

  • OR
  • Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study reputed company to the work assignment, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees

Preferred Qualifications:

* Jira experience

  • ITIL Certification
  • Agile and scrum methodology experience
  • Government work experience

  • Use of diagnostic tools and knowledge of diverse range of mobile device makes and models
