Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the go-to expert for our customers, providing top-notch support reputed company email and phone-based tickets, tracked in our support desk system. You'll have the opportunity to learn about property management, HOAs, and our powerful reputed company software, while developing your skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. This is a full-time hourly role, with the option to work from our reputed company, Florida or Knoxville, TN offices or remotely, while also being hybrid eligible.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support reputed company email and phone-based tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues

• Utilize our support desk system to track and manage customer interactions, while maintaining accurate records and documentation
• reputed company a deep understanding of our reputed company software and property reputed company, with the ability to explain reputed company systems to customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, while sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues

Requirements

* 2 years of experience in a contact center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

• Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company, with experience in reputed company and/or property management terminology a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to de-escalate customer issues
• Proven multitasking abilities, with the reputed company to work in an omnichannel environment

• Ability to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

* Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience
