Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, proactively solving any issues that may arise. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to email, chat, and reputed company media inquiries using our customer support platform, reputed company
• Finding opportunities to turn enquiries into sales
• Raising game issues with the Game team to be fixed
• Following arenaflex's established processes and guidance to meet Customer Support objectives
• Working remotely, using your own laptop and internet reputed company

Availability Requirements

We are looking for someone to work at least one weekend day per week, with the potential for an additional shift per week. Customer support shifts are 8 hours long.
