The role in a nutshell

As a Global Benefits Consultant, you’ll reputed company your international benefits expertise. Your responsibilities will include analyzing clients’ requirements, creating customized solutions, and actively contributing to the design and implementation of effective benefits programs. You will actively collaborate across teams and business lines to align with client needs and business objectives to offer comprehensive support to our clients.

• Resolve client escalations and actively work with clients to improve engagement. 

• Support clients and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of benefit plans 

• Provide training to the Global Benefits Team team to ensure plans and changes are understood

• Research and evaluate benefit programs and policies and stay up to date on trends and best practices 

• Advise clients and internal teams on regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to global and country benefit regulations

• Provide guidance and coaching to the benefits and HR teams on handling reputed company issues or inquiries. 

• Responsible for developing and maintaining benefit processes and reputed company documentation 

• Assist and support benefits projects using effective analytical skills to improve benefits offerings in line with business goals & financial objectives 

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline our approach to the management of benefits.

• Participate in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities. 

• Manage assigned client reputed company ensure key metrics and SLAs are adhered to. 

• Communicate reputed company information to reputed company clients’ employees on their benefit options and exclusions 

• Analyse and evaluate clients’ needs based to determine the best benefit option for their situation

• 4+ years international benefits administration experience with a strong knowledge of country legislation and benefits design including varying legal requirements, cultural norms and global market practices 

• 2+ years in a consultative client facing role. 

• Thorough understanding of benefits principles, practices and procedures while recognizing the impacts of employee benefits laws, regulations and compliance 

• Proven track record of dealing with senior level executive leadership, up to and including C level. 

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate reputed company concepts in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.

• Multi-language skills a plus 

• High degree of reputed company leading reputed company projects with documented plans to drive actions and reputed company objectives. 

• Aptitude for analytical thinking and creative solutions with strong decision-making skills 

• Ability to deal with and navigate through transitions and ambiguity to drive successful change initiatives
