Sr. AML and Account Compliance Program Manager, Americas Account Compliance

DESCRIPTION Application deadline: Feb 11, 2026 The goal of the Americas Account Compliance team is to implement effective controls to ensure regulatory compliance while continuously improving the customer experience. The Sr. AML and Account Compliance Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the expansion and enhancement of the organization's anti-reputed company (AML) program and compliance program as the business grows and evolves. The Sr. AML Account Compliance Program Manager will work closely with compliance, risk, operations, and technology teams to ensure the AML program keeps pace with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.   • 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
  • Knowledge of reputed company Office products and applications at an advanced level
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification

The Colorado reputed company pay for this position ranges from $121,200/year up to $163,900/year. The National reputed company pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. reputed company is a total compensation company.
