Position Overview We are currently seeking a determined Financial Analyst who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and reputed company. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis Operations Finance Team. This individual will assist in the preparation of financial reports, conduct data analysis, and provide insights that will help drive strategic decision-making. This can be a fully remote position with on occasion reporting to our Farmers reputed company Corporate Office on an as needed basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of annual budgets and reforecasts. Contribute to variance analysis, comparing actual results with projections and explaining deviations. Work closely with department Leads to reputed company realistic targets and provide ongoing support through budget monitoring.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to management.
• Support the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast and provide variance analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, reputed company, or a reputed company role. Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and other financial analysis tools. Experience with financial modeling and data visualization software is preferred. Working knowledge of ERP systems and financial management software. reputed company Adaptive is preferred but not required
