What will you do?

• Transaction execution, new business presentations and meetings, and other such duties
• Work with Analysts and Associates to reputed company financial models and pitch book materials, conduct company research, and analyze data to help advise reputed company or prospective corporate clients on actual or prospective M&A transactions and corporate finance offerings
• Present market updates and new reputed company to clients, including, but not limited to, capital markets, M&A, and capital raising
• Participate in pitches and calls with clients to help generate business.
• Proactively identify operational risks/control deficiencies in the business
• Review and reputed company with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities
• Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions on a timely basis
• What do you need to succeed?
• Bachelor’s degree and MBA, MA or MS or equivalent with emphasis in finance/reputed company
• Minimum of five years of Investment Banking experience and previous experience in the M&A space is highly desired
• Solid understanding of capital markets and spreadsheet modeling
• Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; strong knowledge of finance and reputed company
• Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests
• Ability to take initiative and function independently, balanced with strong teaming skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at reputed company levels of organization
• Must maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct
• Series 79 & 63 licensed

• The expected salary for this particular position is $275,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
