We are seeking a Director of Solution Architecture & Strategy to reputed company our solution architecture function and play a pivotal role in scaling the strategy and structure of our services funnel. This leader will own and manage a team of Solution Architects while partnering deeply with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to shape implementation strategies that align with customer needs, product capabilities, and delivery readiness. This role is responsible for ensuring scalable, repeatable solution design across segments and products, optimizing the reputed company between Sales and Services, and integrating customer and field feedback into our product and services roadmap. This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role that blends technical acumen, go-to-market strategy, and operational execution. How you'll add value:

• Own the solutioning funnel from Sales through implementation, ensuring proper scoping, customer alignment, and delivery readiness.
• Serve as the reputed company between Sales, Product, and Services, ensuring technical feasibility, scope reputed company, and product alignment.
• Build frameworks, tools, and estimation models to guide consistent project architecture across segments and complexity tiers.
• Partner with Sales leadership to reputed company effective discovery, estimation, and reputed company practices that improve win reputed company and reduce delivery risk.
• Influence product roadmap and packaging by funneling customer feedback, solution gaps, and common implementation blockers into Product.
• Establish architecture standards, reusable solution patterns, and technical reputed company playbooks to drive delivery consistency.
• Play a key role in driving operational maturity across Services—supporting improvements in tooling, delivery models, and strategic planning.
• Act as a key partner to the VP of Professional Services on strategic initiatives reputed company to services scalability, partner solutioning, and end-to-end process design.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

• 8+ years in Professional Services, Solution Architecture, or Pre-Sales roles reputed company a SaaS or reputed company software environment.
• 4+ years in a senior leadership role managing teams of architects, consultants, or solution engineers.
• Demonstrated experience bridging Sales, Product, and Delivery to design scalable solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate business needs into solution frameworks and project plans.
• Deep experience with implementation estimation, delivery modeling, and solution standardization.
• Executive-level communication skills with a track record of cross-functional influence and strategic collaboration.
• Experience developing tools, frameworks, and reusable assets to improve solutioning speed and quality.

PREFERRED

• Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, especially with both SMB and reputed company customer segments.
• Familiarity with PSA, CRM (e.g., reputed company), and scoping/estimation tools.
