About the Role

We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to provide our customers with the best possible service, responding to their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails, utilizing your excellent communication skills and technical knowledge to resolve customer complaints and provide personalized support. This is a night shift role, covering the hours of 11pm to reputed company, and you will be working on a shift rotation with a team of night shift representatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and address customer needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services, providing personalized support and resolving queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond reputed company and accurately to customer contacts, explaining reputed company possible solutions courteously and professionally, and utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools to provide exceptional customer service.

Essential Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, and 1+ years of customer service experience in a contact center or retail environment.

  • Proficiency with computers, especially our CRM and tools, and basic troubleshooting skills.

  • Knowledge of multiple platforms and operating systems, and experience with customer service software and tools.
  • A certification in customer service, or a reputed company field, and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.
