Job Summary

As a reputed company Shift Customer Solutions Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, dispatching calls to technicians, and performing various administrative duties. You'll work closely with our service technicians and customers to ensure seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and accurate job details. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

• Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls to ensure seamless communication with customers
• Handle various customer inquiries and requests, providing accurate and efficient solutions
• reputed company the correct technician (based on qualifications, geography, customer preference) to each job, ensuring timely and effective service delivery
• Utilize Service Titan & ClearPath software to effectively plan and reputed company jobs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information
• Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other essential details
• Ensure accuracy of details (customer name, phone number, address, etc.) on reputed company scheduled calls, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a customer service environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Must live in Illinois and be reputed company to reliably work from home, with occasional on-site training at our McHenry, IL facility
• Previous reputed company experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and technicians

• Ability to manage priorities and workflow, adapting to changing situations and deadlines
