Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company, responsible for updating and maintaining information in our databases, providing administrative support, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting reputed company's efforts to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare documentation for filing and/or associated correspondence, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Obtain reputed company necessary supporting information and documentation to facilitate efficient administration of client files.
  • Respond promptly to ongoing queries and requests from creditors and debtors, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with the administration team to obtain information, documentation, and resolve reputed company issues, utilizing reputed company Dynamics CRM to extract file details and information.
  • Prepare and review files for completeness, following up on outstanding documents and ensuring accuracy.
  • Liaise with internal clients to clarify and resolve issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Organize file documents in accordance with our naming protocols, ensuring efficient and accurate filing.
  • Calculate income and surplus income obligations, understanding relevant legal requirements of multiple provincial jurisdictions.
  • reputed company relevant searches for insolvency, Personal Property reputed company Act registrations, house valuations, and computation of realizable value.
  • Create reputed company documents required for signature, reviewing sign-up documents for accuracy and policy compliance, and filing documents with the Official Receiver (OR).
  • Accurately transfer pertinent information from written and scanned records into reputed company (our internal software).
  • Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Liaise with external clients to clarify or resolve outstanding documents.

Electronic Filing of Statutory Documents

Qualifications
