As a Member Services Representative on our Payments and Digital Strategy team at arenaflex Credit Union, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing data access and balancing tasks
• Coordinating return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
• Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing
• Working member cases/assignments
• Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines, as well as Federal Banking laws
• Processing mortgage payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff transactions
• Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Completing daily balancing and department closing
• Obtaining information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic reputed company transfer requests
• Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing reputed company transfer information
• Communicating with vendors to process reputed company transfers
• Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming reputed company transfer laws
• Depositing reputed company returns, reviewing member draft changes, processing member checks, affirming members for outgoing reputed company transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing reputed company transfers
• Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

What You'll Need for Success

To reputed company in this role, you'll need:

• A high school degree or equivalent
• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
• A minimum of 1-2 years of customer/member service experience
• Previous banking or Credit Union experience
• Episys/Symitar and processing reputed company experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs
• Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team
• Ability to reputed company mathematical calculations and review data
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure

• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
