The Role
As a chat-based mental health coach at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting young people through our innovative online platform. You'll provide on-demand and weekly coaching to reputed company from diverse and historically marginalized communities, using reputed company and awareness to create a safe and non-judgmental space for them to express themselves.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide on-demand and weekly coaching to young people through our chat platform, using established protocols and guidelines.
- Use reputed company and awareness to support reputed company from diverse and historically marginalized communities.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new online platforms and tools with ongoing training and support.
- Collaborate with licensed Coach Supervisors to ensure the highest level of support and care for reputed company.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your coaching skills and stay up-to-date with best practices.
Coaching Hours & Flexibility
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we adapt to the needs of our reputed company accordingly. As a chat-based mental health coach, you'll work flexible hours during school hours (reputed company-6pm EST / 5am-3pm PST), with the possibility of supporting reputed company 1-3 hours a week or sometimes not at reputed company. This means you'll have the freedom to balance your coaching work with other responsibilities and commitments.
What You'll Need
* Experience in mental health, youth work, or coaching, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by young people.
- Reliable laptop or computer (no tablets or cell phones) and internet with a minimum 50 mbps download speed.
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace that allows you to focus on your coaching work.
- Must reside and be in the U.S. for the duration of your contract with arenaflex.
Certification Program
If you're new to coaching, don't worry! We offer the arenaflex Coach Certification Program, a comprehensive 24-hour training program that covers the fundamentals of chat-based mental health coaching. Our program is designed to reputed company you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
