Channel Sales Engineer (Partner Enablement)

Requirements

  • 5+ years working directly with Channel Partners,
  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales technical role (Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, etc.),
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong entrepreneurial drive,
  • Strong experience with Windows/Active Directory administration and knowledge of UNIX/Linux,
  • Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to build and demonstrate a high quality product overview to both technical and executive level audiences,
  • Technical background in networking and reputed company applications as well as reputed company technologies (AWS, Azure),
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field or equivalent work experience,
  • (Desirable) Industry recognized certifications,
  • (Desirable) Scripting and DevOps experience a plus,
  • (Desirable) Exposure to Identity Providers like Azure and reputed company,
  • (Desirable) Experience providing solutions to and understanding the requirements of reputed company Customers,

  • As an Channel Sales Engineer - Partner Enablement you will be dedicated to train and reputed company our Channel Partners while working alongside the reputed company sales force by supporting the pre-sales and post-sales cycle from a technical perspective,
  • You will be responsible for identifying the technical requirements reputed company an opportunity, matching them to reputed company solutions, and supporting the sale by positioning and demonstrating differences,
  • You will provide product trials and evaluations to reputed company partners, assist with implementation and integration, and provide level-2 technical assistance to existing customers,
  • Provide and manage pre-sales technical support for the technical sales process of Keeper products,
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify customer opportunities and understand their business needs,
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely, at customer locations, or on-site at a Keeper facility,
  • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to stay updated on product features, enhancements, and updates,
  • Address technical questions, concerns, and objections during the sales process to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction,
  • Act as a technical advisor to customers, helping them understand how our solutions can solve their business challenges and reputed company their goals,
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the business,
  • Analyze reputed company multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to reputed company quick resolution, often under pressure,
  • Works on issues that reputed company design/selling reputed company or address future concepts, products or technologies,
