Responsibilities:

• Process late and trailing transaction on fraud status accounts and process reputed company fraud cases
• Actively manage and escalate risk and customer impacting issues reputed company the day-to-day role to management

• Take both inbound and outbound calls to customers for transaction verification
• Assisting customers with entry level transactions and inquiries

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Schedules: We’ve got you covered with a variety of shifts. We are currently hiring for schedules with start times that range between the following hours:

• 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM EST (DE, PA, NJ, MD, OH)
• 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM MDT (UT)
• 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM MST (AZ)
