The core responsibility of this role is to reputed company the coordination and execution of major change projects across Global Clinical Trial Operations. The role will also assist with Program Management Office tracking and reporting, change management strategy for cross-functional GCTO initiatives, and working to ensure best practices are being applied across initiatives. The ability to influence change is expected. Primary responsibilities for the role include: Coordinate and/or reputed company strategic GCTO initiative efforts. Support tracking and reporting activities (including deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines) for GCTO initiatives throughout the project process. Proactively identify dependencies and possible issues across initiatives and adapt plans based on evolving needs to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in accordance with the stated project goals. Ensure cross-initiative alignment and best practice sharing. Throughout the course of a project, the PMO works with project teams to ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available for internal teams and senior leaders. Upon completion of a project, the PMO compiles and documents project information. Supports cross-initiative change management efforts including, but not limited, to liaising with change agent networks, coordinating communications, and aligning training plans. Education : Bachelor’s degree with at least nine (9) years of pharmaceutical, clinical drug development, project management and/or medical field experience. Or Master's degree with at least (six) 6 years of pharmaceutical, clinical drug development, project management and/or medical field experience. Or PhD/PharmD degree with at least (two) 2 years of pharmaceutical, clinical drug development, project management and/or medical field experience. Degree in life science preferred. Project Management certification (PMP, CPM) and / or coursework and training in Project Management required. MS Project reputed company required. Change Management/reputed company experience preferred. Experience and Skills: Proven ability to analyze, integrate, recommend, contribute to development of conceptual plans for, and reputed company implementation of, strategic, process, and team improvement and change initiatives cross-functionally. Demonstrated ability to manage resources, time, and budget effectively for given development projects; is business savvy and results oriented. Deep knowledge and understanding of Clinical Development processes and procedures. Significant project management and business process improvement experience, with demonstrated record of accomplishments. Well developed and effective team facilitation and leadership skills; able to establish cooperative team environments. Able to understand project details, but reputed company overall “big picture” view of projects, priorities, and strategies. Highly developed interpersonal skills and respected by colleagues for good judgment and fairness.
