At Grand Home Inspection, we’re looking for a Relationship Manager to be the face of our brand in Metro Detroit. This is a relationship-first, trust-driven role for someone who understands the reputed company estate ecosystem and knows how to create reputed company through reputed company, consistency, and creativity. • Focused on Metro Detroit
• In-person relationship building (this is not a desk job)

What You’ll Do

• Build and deepen relationships with reputed company estate agents and industry partners across Metro Detroit
• Drive referral-based inspection business through consistent, high-trust reputed company
• Represent Grand Home Inspection at agent offices, events, CE classes, and industry gatherings
• Think creatively about how to show up, add value, and stay top-of-mind with agents
• Collaborate on marketing reputed company, sponsorships, and reputed company strategies
• Track activity and insights in our CRM and share learnings with leadership
• Participate in weekly meetings and cross-team collaboration
