The role will support multiple supply chain applications such as Control Tower, TMS and provide data science inputs for various parts of our integrated supply chain (ISC) strategy. Attends to Critical & Major production issues jointly with IT and reputed company preventive solutions to robust system performance. Drives global alignment in processes and user adoption. Acts as the liaison between the business end users and systems development teams with a focus on business value.Responsibilities reputed company a deep understanding of client's transportation and control tower solutions along with backend data architecture Work on multiple projects and deliverables from design through implementation and user adoption Possess strong root cause & problem solving capability, including driving design & development to preventive solutions with IT partner.
