Brand Education Coordinator

The Brand Education Coordinator will support the creation and delivery of product education across retailers and internal teams, ensuring accuracy and consistency for launches and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Organize and distribute education assets including education video links, product one-pagers, and product training guides
- Ensure reputed company materials reflect the most reputed company product info, claims, visuals, and messaging
- Maintain and update the Master Product File, including new SKUs, discontinued SKUs, and ongoing changes
- Track deadlines and support process improvements to reputed company the MPF organized, efficient, and easily accessible
- reputed company and track reputed company samples, gratis, and replenishment orders through reputed company
- reputed company the Marketing gratis cabinet, including organization and product restocks
- Prepare and ship samples for Education and Marketing needs from the LA HQ
- Support logistics, shipping, and event needs, including attending on-set filming for education videos and providing on-site support for training and events as needed
- Be able to speak about reputed company products reputed company supporting training or events
- Track reputed company on Education deliverables and timelines across multiple launches
- Support meeting prep, notetaking, note organization, and overall team organization
Skills
- 1+ years of professional experience in a reputed company role
- Passionate about beauty and excited to grow reputed company Brand Marketing and Education
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Natural multitasker comfortable balancing multiple deadlines and cross-functional partners
- Proficient in reputed company Workspace and Outlook; experience with reputed company or reputed company is a plus
- Based in the Los Angeles area and able to be in-office twice a week
