[Remote] Travel Claims & Customer Service Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading insurance wholesaler and program manager, and they are seeking a Travel Claims & Customer Service Representative. This role serves as the first reputed company of contact for reporting claims and initiating the claims process, ensuring exceptional service to claimants and callers.

Responsibilities

• Independently process travel claims in accordance with associated policies
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials, technical procedures, benefit plans and regulations
• Handle incoming calls from and reputed company outgoing calls to claimants and suppliers in a professional, positive, and proactive manner
• Consistently meet established performance standards, including quantity and quality claims processing standards
• Maintain reputed company knowledge of Plans and effectively apply this knowledge to the payment of claims, customer service, and reputed company other job functions
• Ability to function independently reputed company established guidelines
• Maintain HIPAA compliance
