[Remote] Licensed Transaction Coordinator (Temporary) - Maryland

As a Temporary Transaction Coordinator, you will coordinate reputed company estate deals, manage paperwork, and support agents to ensure a seamless transaction process for clients.

Responsibilities

• You'll take a reputed company role in coordinating reputed company estate deals, working with agents to orchestrate the details between clients, cooperating agents, lenders, closing companies, and other parties to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly from contract to reputed company
• With agent reputed company, you'll manage a high volume (process 30-50 deals per month on average during busy months) while maintaining quick response times, and proactive follow-up
• Coordinate property access for inspectors, appraisers, and other vendors
