Key Responsibilities

• Complete data entry and balancing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate return items with customers, vendors, and financial institutions
• Assist other departments with fraud resolution, customer inquiries, and accounting-reputed company tasks
• Work on customer cases and issues assigned to you, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Process loan payments, account deposits, credit card payments, and other transactions with precision and care
• Review, verify, and approve remote deposit, mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Log, report, and reputed company necessary general ledger (GL) account changes and/or returns
• Process stop payments and reputed company batching with efficiency and accuracy
• Complete daily balancing and department closing tasks with attention to detail
• Obtain information from customers for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests
• Research and confirm incoming and outgoing fund transfer details with precision and care
• Communicate with vendors to process fund transfers reputed company and effectively
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws and regulations
• Deposit reputed company returns, research member bank drafts, process member checks, and verify customer information for outgoing fund transfers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or GED
