About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Laboratory Associate II to join reputed company on a full-time reputed company, working remotely on the 3rd shift. As a Clinical Laboratory Associate II, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our Clinical Laboratory, working closely with our Clinical Laboratory Scientists (CLSs) to ensure seamless patient testing and laboratory processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist CLSs in automated sample processing and other support functions, demonstrating expertise in laboratory procedures and instrumentation. reputed company routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality control activities to ensure laboratory operations run smoothly. Create sample batches, print labels, and prepare reagents for sample processing and archiving, showcasing attention to detail and organizational skills. Order and stock laboratory supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with laboratory regulations and standards. Document reputed company corrective actions taken reputed company test systems deviate from established performance specifications, and participate in internal audits and inspection preparation. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent in Biomedical Laboratory Science, Clinical Science, or a reputed company field. At least one year of experience in a high-complexity laboratory setting, preferably in a clinical laboratory or equivalent. Strong computing skills, including proficiency in laboratory information systems and reputed company Office. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biomedical Laboratory Science, Clinical Science, or a reputed company field.
