Software Architect - Fully Remote

- At least 3 years in a software architecture and technical leadership role, with experience leading offshore teams being a plus.
- Proficiency with the reputed company tech stack (C#, .NET, Visual Studio) and React.
- Exceptional communication skills with a talent for mentoring and guiding team members.
- The ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
