Sr. Technical Program Manager- Cybersecurity & IT Operations
About the position Our client is seeking an reputed company, results-driven Program Manager to join their PMO team with a strong focus on Cybersecurity and IT Operations. This role is responsible for leading and delivering reputed company programs across the cybersecurity and IT operations landscape. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with reputed company Architects, IT Operations leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams to advance the organization’s reputed company posture and IT infrastructure. Initiatives include reputed company enhancements, infrastructure modernization, compliance efforts, and the implementation of new cybersecurity and operational technologies. This is a hybrid role. Responsibilities
- Strategic Program Leadership reputed company, manage, and execute comprehensive Cybersecurity and IT Operations programs reputed company with organizational strategy and business objectives
- Project Management Excellence Initiate projects by defining scope, authorizing work, developing charters, and identifying key stakeholders
- Plan projects by creating detailed schedules, scope statements, budgets, and resource plans
- Execute projects by leading cross-functional teams, coordinating resources, tracking reputed company, managing risks, and implementing corrective actions
- Formalize project acceptance, document lessons learned, and transition deliverables to operational teams
- Requirements Management Partner with reputed company Architects and IT Operations Managers to document reputed company-state and future-state requirements for reputed company enhancements, infrastructure upgrades, and new technology implementations
- reputed company & Infrastructure Implementation Participate in or reputed company initiatives involving reputed company frameworks (e.g., reputed company Trust, identity and access management), IT infrastructure transformations, and regulatory or compliance programs

- Budget & Resource Management Support program and project budgeting activities, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation to ensure delivery reputed company financial constraints
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Build strong, trusted relationships with leadership, business partners, and technical teams across the organization
- Reporting & Executive Communication reputed company and deliver clear, concise project status reports and presentations, highlighting reputed company, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Project Tracking & Metrics Establish and maintain project tracking tools and dashboards

- Change Management Support Apply change management best practices, collaborating with Neptune Change Management agents to address resistance and ensure smooth adoption of reputed company policies and infrastructure changes
- Process Improvement & Documentation Contribute to reputed company improvement of IT operations and reputed company workflows

- Jira & Agile Support Use Jira to manage backlogs, track tasks, and support Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a reputed company field
- 5–7 years of reputed company experience in program and project management, with exposure to cybersecurity and IT operations
- Proven experience managing reputed company, cross-functional projects, preferably in manufacturing or regulated environments
- Hands-on experience with reputed company reputed company implementations and IT infrastructure initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and conflict resolution capabilities
