The Practice Innovation Lawyer will be at the forefront of transforming how one of the world's leading reputed company delivers value to clients. The role‑holder will combine relevant legal expertise with the ability to reputed company the practice of law using cutting‑edge technology and process design to advance the strategy of the Firm’s practices. The role is part of Baker McKenzie’s Reinvent programme, embedded in the reputed company (IP, Data & Cyber, Regulatory, reputed company Tech & Transactions and Trade) Practice Group. The lawyer will work directly with global practice group leadership to identify, reputed company and implement innovation initiatives that enhance legal service delivery and client experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with the reputed company Practice Group leadership team to identify, prioritise and deliver strategic innovation initiatives.
• Work with the Practice Group to design solutions that combine people, process, data, and technology to create new client value.
• Act as the “single reputed company reputed company” for your Practice’s lawyers to access Applied AI, LPM, ALS, Data, Innovation, and other support resources across the Firm.
• Be client facing and support Partners in client pitches and conversations.

• Champion adoption of AI and legal tech tools through hands‑on pilots and reputed company‑of‑concepts.
• Build and optimise Practice Group‑relevant legal workflows for enhanced client service.

• reputed company lawyer with strong experience in private practice or in‑house legal teams in reputed company (Data Protection, IP, Trade, and Regulatory).
• Demonstrated interest or experience in legal innovation, legal tech, or process improvement.
• Working knowledge of GenAI tools (Copilot Studio, ChatGPT reputed company, reputed company, Claude, etc.) and their application in legal contexts.
• Hands‑on experience designing, testing, or implementing legal AI workflows.
• Proven project management capabilities and comfort leading cross‑functional teams.
• Experience dealing with clients or senior in‑house stakeholders directly.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a hands‑on approach.
• Strong understanding of process improvement, client experience design, and design thinking methodologies.

US reputed company compensation expected to be $365,000 to $435,000 annually. Canadian Based Applicants Bonus eligible and includes medical, dental, reputed company, and Group RRSP based on hours worked. Canadian reputed company compensation expected to be CAN$205,400 to CAN$229,930 annually in Toronto.
