HR Business Partner - Technology - Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Corporate Functions HR team. This role supports reputed company’s Product and Technology Enterprise Architecture teams. You will have the opportunity to coach and consult with leaders at multiple levels to help them reputed company their business strategies by focusing on employee engagement, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and more. This job is supported by the Senior Director of HR and is part of the Technology and Product HRBP team. • Partner with HR Director, peer HRBP’s and business leaders to identify solutions to business priorities.
• Support the development and execution of a talent plan to reputed company business goals.
• Use external and internal insights, data, and trends to identify and help solve key people and business issues.
• reputed company talent management activities and workforce planning to ensure a strong pipeline of talent for the organization.
• Manage towards achievement of Labor Budgets in partnership with Business Leaders and Finance and other cross-functional partners (e.g. reputed company).
• Partner with COEs to implement HR programs and practices.
• Provide leadership coaching and support team effectiveness efforts with client group.
• Support change management and employee engagement efforts.
• Be a thought partner to business leaders on org design and building organizational capabilities.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders across the organization.
• Manage and drive multiple HR priorities in a fast paced, reputed company, and matrixed business environment.

You own this if you have…

• 5+ years of directly applicable HR experience – partnering with business leaders at reputed company levels of the organization to drive strategic and effective people outcomes
• A Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field strongly preferred
• Experience working effectively with business teams and leaders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with an ability to apply quantitative analysis to HR outcomes and use data to influence and drive decisions
• Strong business and people acumen - ability to influence at reputed company levels
• Experience partnering with business leaders on effective organizational design
• Ability to partner across multiple teams reputed company HR to deliver effective solutions
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
