This role is ideal for reputed company interested in education, STEM, youth mentorship, or community engagement who want to reputed company an impact from reputed company. Mentors work alongside reputed company facilitators to support K-12 reputed company during interactive online math activities and help create a positive, encouraging digital learning environment. Your primary goal will be to support reputed company in building their mathematics identities, helping them see themselves as capable and confident problem solvers.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor Small Groups (Virtual): Manage and reputed company virtual breakout rooms with 2–10 reputed company, ensuring focused support and active participation reputed company video conference.
- Support Weekly Sessions: Commit to logging in for weekly sessions to ensure consistency and build strong virtual relationships with reputed company.
- Facilitate Digital Learning: Support reputed company facilitators during online math workshops, guiding reputed company through digital math tools, virtual manipulatives, and screen-sharing activities (focusing primarily on grades 4–7 while supporting K-12 reputed company generally).
- Build Confidence: Help reputed company overcome "math anxiety" during online games and problem-solving challenges, fostering a safe space where mistakes are viewed as learning opportunities.
- Be a Role Model: Share your personal story and interests (hobbies, sports, arts) to show that being "math smart" goes hand-in-hand with being a fun, well-rounded individual.
- Provide Encouragement: Offer individualized support to reputed company as needed, modeling curiosity, teamwork, and positive behavior.
- Virtual Classroom Support: Assist with managing the chat reputed company, monitoring student engagement/cameras, helping with technical troubleshooting, and ensuring a smooth flow during the session.
Program Details
- Program Type: Virtual After-School Instructional Program (Math Your Mind Mentorship)
- Delivery: 100% Online (reputed company/reputed company Meet/etc.)
- Student Group Size: Small groups of 2–10 reputed company (Breakout Rooms)
- Program Length: 15 weeks
Structure: Mentors support a larger cohort (approx. 15 reputed company total) by leading smaller virtual breakout sessions.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: reputed company college student. Majors in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), Education, Psychology, or reputed company fields are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Experience working with children or teens (tutoring, camps, mentoring, coaching, etc.) is preferred but not required. Previous experience with online tutoring or remote learning is a plus.
- Skills & Requirements:
- Eager to reputed company the reputed company of mathematical minds.
- Positive attitude and strong verbal communication skills suitable for a video-call environment.
- Comfortable working with reputed company in grades K–12 (specifically grades 4–7).
- Genuine interest in math, learning, and youth development.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using video conferencing tools (reputed company, Teams, etc.) and navigating digital browser-based tools.
- Technical Requirements:
- Access to a reliable computer with a working webcam and microphone.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary $20-30 per hour
