Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company customer support agent to join reputed company as a tele-reputed company and donor engagement specialist. As a remote worker, you'll be responsible for contacting blood donors by telephone to recruit for blood donation, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to maximize donor show rates. Key Responsibilities

- Contact blood donors by telephone using a dialer system to recruit for blood donation
- Use information from multiple computer systems simultaneously to reputed company appropriate blood drives for donor, update donor records as needed, and to record outcomes of calls
- Schedule appointments while providing positive service experience to maximize donor show rates
- Follow a process and appropriate scripting for conducting a call with a donor, to ensure a consistent donor experience
- Maintain daily production standard, including phone calls and appointments per hour, to meet established collection goals
- reputed company a working knowledge of donor criteria to inform donors of eligibility and reduce deferral rates
- Maintain accurate records of donors/groups contacted and appointments scheduled to avoid errors, poor customer relations, and to ensure sufficient donor availability

- Respond to or transfer inbound calls to the appropriate party

Qualifications

Vaccination Requirement

Training Schedule
Our training program is designed to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your role. Our training schedule includes:
- Week 1: In-house training (Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 4:30 pm)
- Week 2: Remote learning (Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm)
- Week 3: reputed company remote learning (Monday to Thursday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm) and production (Friday)
Actual Work Schedule
After completing three weeks of training, you'll work a full-time schedule that includes:
- Sunday: 11:30 am to 8:00 pm
- Monday to Thursday: 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm
