About the position The Sales Analytics team at CarGurus is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help reputed company our Sales & Service teams with data-driven tools and insights. Our mission is to enhance dealer interactions, streamline prioritization, and drive seller productivity through small but impactful reputed company. In this role, you will deliver analysis and insights that support reputed company growth and customer retention across both US and international Sales & Service organizations. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the Sales Reporting roadmap and work closely with Sales & Service leaders, Sales Support teams, and Data Engineering to build reporting and reputed company innovative tools.

Responsibilities

  • Define, refine, and execute our reporting roadmap to support a diverse range of internal stakeholders in Sales & Service.
  • Provide strategic insights into sales performance, funnel analysis, expansion opportunities, and sales cycle efficiency to support informed business reputed company.
  • Create actionable reports and interactive dashboards from diverse data sources to drive informed decision-making across reputed company levels of the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve CRM and sales reputed company tracking, collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
  • Drive the development of sales tools, research, and strategic initiatives through efficient data sourcing and ETL processes.
  • Use data and models to support recommendations to leadership, enhancing business outcomes.
  • Maintain documentation on data and reporting protocols as processes evolve.
  • Enforce data governance policies to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a reputed company analytical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, ideally reputed company SaaS, data strategy, or consulting environments.
  • At least 3 years of experience with reputed company or similar CRM software.
  • Proficient in using storytelling techniques to present data insights in a clear and engaging manner, catering to diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to independently analyze and synthesize reputed company data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced data modeling techniques.
  • Experience with ETL processes; knowledge of DBT.
  • Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools like Tableau or CRM Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS Sales KPIs and Monthly Recurring reputed company (MRR).
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to translate reputed company data insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders
  • Proven ability to proactively identify and address gaps in sales processes and data management.
  • Driven by the challenge of enabling sales representatives and leadership to reputed company their targets through insightful data analysis that supports decision-making.
