About You

As an IT Operations Support Specialist at reputed company, you will:

  • Support day-to-day internal IT operations for reputed company employees.
  • Assist with employee on-boarding and off-boarding, including:
  • Creating and disabling user accounts
  • Assigning groups, licenses, and basic access
  • Respond to and manage Tier 1 IT support requests through our ticketing system:
  • Password resets
  • Access issues
  • Basic software and device troubleshooting
  • Follow documented run-books and procedures to complete IT tasks accurately.
  • Escalate issues that fall reputed company of your scope with clear notes and context.
  • Help maintain clear and up-to-date IT documentation, checklists, and internal guides.

Qualifications

Salary The annual salary range for this role as it is posted is $65,000 - $80,000 regardless of final candidate location reputed company the United States. The final job level and annual salary will be determined based on the education, qualification, knowledge, skills, ability, and experience of the final candidate(s), and calibrated against relevant market data and internal team equity.
