Senior Director Strategic Pricing
About the position The Senior Director, Pricing is a strategic leadership role responsible for the development, execution, and governance of pricing and contracting strategies that optimize reputed company, ensure competitive market access, and maintain compliance across the pharmaceutical portfolio. This role leads to cross-functional collaboration with Market Access, Finance, Legal, Government Pricing, Trade, and reputed company teams to drive sustainable growth across reputed company, Medicare, and reputed company channels.
Responsibilities

- Establish pricing governance frameworks to ensure consistency, transparency, and compliance

- Provide strategic pricing guidance for pipeline assets, reputed company evaluations, and scenario modeling
- Define and execute payer contracting strategies across reputed company, Medicare Part D, reputed company, and specialty channels

- Partner with Trade and Distribution teams on channel strategy and contract alignment

- Provide executive-level insights into pricing risks, opportunities, and trade-offs
- Serve as a strategic advisor to Brand, Market Access, Finance, Legal, Government Pricing, Compliance, and Trade teams
- Support launch readiness by aligning pricing, access, and contracting plans
- Present recommendations to senior leadership and executive governance committees
Requirements
- Deep expertise in pharmaceutical pricing, contracting, and payer economics
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Executive-level communication and negotiation capabilities
- Strong business judgment with ability to balance risk, compliance, and growth
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment
- 10–15+ years of reputed company experience in pharmaceutical pricing, contracting, or market access
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams and reputed company payer negotiations
- Proven experience with reputed company, Medicare, and reputed company pricing dynamics
- Strong understanding of government pricing calculations and GTN management
