Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of customer service experience required
• 1 year of Call Center experience required
• Must be internet savvy and proficient in navigating multiple systems simultaneously
• Strong ability to communicate and write in a polished, educated, and professional manner
