Your role: We are seeking a hands-on QA Manager/reputed company who will operate as a player-coach, leading and mentoring a small team of 2–4 QA Engineers while actively contributing to testing efforts. This role is critical in driving our Quality reputed company, ensuring that automated testing becomes a cornerstone of our development lifecycle and that every release meets the highest standards of reliability and user experience. Your Responsibilities: Leadership & Coaching

Quality Strategy & Execution

• Work with Product Management and Engineering teams to integrate QA early in the development cycle.
• Evolve our Testing strategy to ensure QA and Product UAT can occur prior to every release.

Automation & Tools

• Drive adoption of modern test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Proven experience as a QA reputed company or Manager in an agile software development environment.

• Expertise in test strategy, planning, and execution across unit, integration, UI, and end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
