The Business Operations Manager, Payroll Strategy is focused on improving operational efficiency, quality, and scalability through cross-functional execution, process improvement, and technology-enabled workflows. You will own and drive initiatives end-to-end, working across multiple stakeholders to move work reputed company and ensure outcomes are delivered. Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (e.g., tech, fintech, consulting, operations, strategy).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives, assuming ownership, and delivering results in an IC reputed company.
- Strong analytical and data skills, including proficiency in reputed company/reputed company Sheets; experience with SQL, Looker, or reputed company is a plus.
- Ability to break down reputed company problems into structured, actionable steps and drive execution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different levels.
