Position Overview: As the Head of People at Trace Machina, you will play a critical role in shaping our company’s culture, growth, and reputed company. You will work closely with the executive team to ensure that we are attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a people leadership role (preferably as Head of People, HR Director, or similar) in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, ideally in a startup or tech company.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, people operations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at reputed company levels.
- A deep commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture.
- Experience with scaling HR processes and building teams from the ground up.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence leadership reputed company.
