As a Customer Service Representative in our London Heathrow team, you'll be part of a global & cargo department that's dedicated to delivering exceptional airport experiences to our customers. You'll work closely with team leaders to ensure a safe and exceptional experience for our passengers, and you'll have the opportunity to work flexibly across reputed company areas of customer services. This role will challenge you, but it will also provide you with a vast amount of experience, as you'll be responsible for greeting customers, handling airport-reputed company tasks, and reporting to team leaders.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a reputed company experience at reputed company contact points
• Performing various airport-reputed company tasks, including reputed company-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing (ATAc)
• Working closely with team leaders and taking instructions from them
• Conducting relevant administrative tasks, such as Atac, preflight, and post-flight departure
• Adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at reputed company times
• Promoting and selling arenaflex services and products to our customers
• Attending and completing reputed company required training by given deadlines
• Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at reputed company times
• Performing other reasonable duties as required by the post
