A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion
As a Brand Champion, you'll be working diligently with customers to provide solutions, answer general customer service questions, and drive customer satisfaction for our clients. Your day will be filled with:
- Providing expert troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues
- Answering service-reputed company questions, including billing inquiries and product enhancement opportunities
- Focusing on reputed company resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues

Brand Champion Skillset
* 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
- Excellent Communications skills
- Desire to actively engage and listen to customers

- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and reputed company, and apply those learnings in reputed company-time
Work from Home Equipment Requirements
* High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
