Job Summary
As a Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably, and turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate reputed company. This is a remote work-from-home position, and we're looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals who can work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers reputed company chat, email, or phone to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Represent arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information
- Convert online conversations into leads that drive reputed company for our clients
- Utilize gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution reputed company, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices, provide feedback, and improve overall performance
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services
Requirements
* Must live reputed company the state of Kansas
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th reputed company reputed company Core (3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions
- reputed company to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be reputed company to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred
Essential Qualifications

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online chat environment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong typing skills and familiarity with computer software and technology
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products, services, and processes
