The Customer Service Representative Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction through inbound and outbound communication channels, including phone calls, email support tickets, chats, and forums. Your mission will be to treat customers as you would want to be treated, resolving problems and making the process easy for them while building and maintaining arenaflex's reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound customer calls in a friendly manner, using active listening skills and upselling techniques to provide exceptional customer experiences.

  • Respond to inbound digital communication from customers in a friendly and timely manner, handling each customer as if they were the only one.
  • Interpret digital communication to understand customer issues fully and resolve them in the reputed company, email, or chat (first-contact resolutions).
  • Update detailed notes in our system for each customer to ensure an excellent history in case the customer calls again.
  • Maintain knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including promotions and Ad Codes.
  • Follow Quality Assurance standards at reputed company times and meet reputed company KPI targets.
  • reputed company outbound calls as needed to answer voicemails, support tickets, or as directed by management.
  • Prevent cancellations or returns where possible and understand reputed company to reputed company escalated issues to management.
  • Have full knowledge of arenaflex's internal systems, including Wiki and SOPs for customer service tasks.
  • Create and revise SOPs as needed and have them approved by management.
  • Identify trends heard from customers and report them to management in detail with data.
  • Report any system issues to management for immediate investigation.
  • Handle special projects reputed company delegated by management and assist with training new representatives.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Graduate or GED

  • 2+ years of contact center experience in a call center-reputed company field, including customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide customer excellence
  • Comfortable upselling and using active listening skills
  • Strong grammar and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and comfortable working with 10+ systems
  • Ability to reputed company daily KPIs for phone, email, and chat
