As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary customer reputed company for inquiries, handling incoming phone calls and providing exceptional service to our members. You will be responsible for:

Requirements

* High School Diploma or Equivalent and three years of experience in a complaint type customer service office setting (health insurance or reputed company field preferred).

• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement.
• Availability for training 9-12 weeks in length.
• Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a health insurance or reputed company field.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
