Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet customer needs
- Providing detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback

Qualifications

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to:
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service
- Be available to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training
- Attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM, with a minimum of 16+ hours per week commitment
- Type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service
